More than 1,000 people gathered in Warsaw, while smaller demonstrations were reported in Gdansk, Lodz and Torun as gay rights activists, human rights groups, left-wing political parties and others rallied under the slogan "The resuscitation of democracy — The Equality March goes on."

You better not make any remarks about Gay Perry. He'll kick your butt into next week. "You think that's funny? I'm gonna break your nose now," says Perry (Val Kilmer) to his bumbling straight pal Harry (Robert Downey Jr.) in "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang," a buddy-buddy detective movie with a double twist: Not only are the buddies gay and straight, but the gay guy is a two-fisted macho man, while his straight partner is a comic klutz.

As they sit waiting for things inside the arena to really warm up, Wally Bonfield and his friend Duane Evans ponder the question of who would make the list of Hollywood's cutest cowboys. Alan Ladd, yes possibly. Jimmy Stewart, maybe. Gary Cooper, certainly. Certainly not Clint Eastwood. Too mean, too tough. And no one thinks "The Duke" John Wayne would make the cut. Robert Redford might though. "It would have to be someone who had a soft side as well," says 66-year-old Bonfield.

Some gay men continue to feel that bisexuality is a phase or merely non-existent. Granted, for some, an attraction to both sexes is a transition as they better understand their sexuality, but for others the dual physical and emotional connection is real and permanent.

Some men are using the term "bisexual" as an excuse to live a lie- making it more difficult for the men who actually are attracted to both men and women. Why is it difficult for gay men to accept bisexuality?
